  • Identify themselves as first-generation when they introduce themselves.
  • Connect with the First-Generation Student Center for opportunities to share their stories at events and through marketing materials.
  • Display a First-Generation History in the Making magnet in their office.聽 Visit D-212C to pick up a magnet today!

All faculty and staff can…

  • Stay informed regarding the increasing percentage of first-generation students at Ramapo.
  • Participate in training opportunities through the First-Generation Student Center to learn best practices to support first-generation Roadrunners.
  • Refer students to the First-Generation Student Center and to campus wide resources as needed.
  • Display a First-Generation History in the Making Ally magnet in their office.聽 Visit D-212C to pick up a magnet today!
