There are many ways to get involved with the Women’s Center & LGBTQ+ Services, including volunteering with us, attending our events, participating in our Community Circles, or joining one of our affiliated campus organizations.<\/p>\n
Volunteers are the heart of the Women\u2019s Center & LGBTQ+ Services. Your time, creativity, and care make our spaces more welcoming and empowering. Whether you are creating buttons, folding mini zines, assisting with events, or contributing to conversations, your efforts make a meaningful difference. Through your openness and commitment, you help build a campus community rooted in support and belonging. We could not do this work without you.<\/p>\n

Volunteer Interest & Reflection Form<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Throughout the year, the Women’s Center & LGBTQ+ Services organizes educational and social events to enrich the student college experience. Signature events include observations of Queer & Trans History Month, Trans Days of Remembrance and Self-Care, World AIDS Day, Women’s Herstory Month, and Pride Month. In the fall, we host Pridefest and in the spring we present The Vagina Monologues and hold our Lavender Ceremony for graduating LGBTQ+ students. We also offer Zine Nights and a Feminist Book Club.<\/p>\n Upcoming Events<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Our weekly, peer-led gatherings bring together students with shared experiences for reflection, connection, and belonging. Each circle offers a safer, welcoming space to talk, learn, and grow together. All circles are open those questioning their gender and\/or sexuality.<\/span><\/p>\n Meeting dates, times, locations, and facilitators are subject to change based on the semester.<\/p>\n Pertaining to lesbian, bi+, and queer women<\/span><\/p>\n Pertaining to t<\/span>rans and gender nonconforming students<\/p>\n Pertaining to w<\/span>omen of color<\/p>\n Pertaining to <\/span>LGBTQ+ students<\/p>\n Pertaining to q<\/span>ueer students with disabilities, neurodivergences, and\/or mental illnesses<\/p>\n Pertaining to m<\/span>en and masc students<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n Ramapo Pride provides a safe environment for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning students and their straight allies. The organization is built around activism and educational programming.
